Brad served as a major felony prosecutor in Hamilton County where he tried numerous cases including DUI, burglaries, batteries, drug offenses and many other cases. Brad next served as a major felony prosecutor in Marion County, Indiana. During this time, Brad tried robberies, rape, aggravated batteries, burglaries, and financial crimes.
During his time in Marion County, Brad also spent two years in the Homicide Unit of the Prosecutor’s office. During this time Brad tried 10 homicide juries, achieving successful verdicts on all 10 trials. Next, Brad was promoted to Division Chief. Brad was responsible for supervising 36 attorneys serving in Marion County’s misdemeanor and D Felony courts. Included in this position, Brad supervised the DUI Unit of the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. Throughout his nearly 10 years as a Prosecutor, Brad maintained a 95% success rate at jury trial. Prior to serving as a Deputy Prosecutor, Brad worked for a prestigious civil law firm in Valparaiso, Indiana. It was during this time where Brad learned how to effectively, compassionately, and aggressively represent individuals in family law. Brad has handled divorce trials, child custody matters, child support, and property settlements. Brad has a reputation for representing his clients in a manner that is attentive to their needs and goals while assuring their rights are protected. Brad was born and raised in Marion, Indiana. Brad and his family reside in Fishers, Indiana. Brad is a very active member of the Fishers community and is a dedicated volunteer serving as the Rec. Director for the Fishers Soccer Club. Adam Brower

Before joining the prosecutor’s office, Adam was Corporate Counsel and for a large, multi-million dollar construction management firm, Envoy, Inc. As corporate counsel, he personally drafted and reviewed all different types of corporate and construction documents. He was personally involved in creating/drafting an entire new set of corporate documents, including buy-sell agreements, bylaws, and shareholders agreements. He also facilitated litigation on various construction accident claims as well. Adam also served on the Board of Directors,was a minority owner in the business, and held the title of Director of Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. Adam was born and raised in Carmel, IN, and attended Westfield High School. He now lives in Brownsburg, IN, where he is a Brownsburg School Board Member, and has a beautiful wife and two children. Brandon Knight

Brandon is an experienced trial attorney whose entire career has been focused on criminal law. Prior to joining the team at Banks and Brower, Brandon served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for St. Joseph, Madison, and Marion counties. Over the course of Brandon’s career, he has handled countless cases ranging anywhere from traffic tickets to murder cases, and nearly everything in between.
For a significant portion of Brandon’s career, he was assigned to the DUI Unit in Marion County which dealt solely with cases involving OVWI and DUI charges. Brandon also spent time in divisions which concentrated on juvenile cases, as well as drug crimes. When Brandon ended his tenure as a prosecutor, he was responsible for handling major felony cases including, but not limited to: murder, robbery, burglary, HTV, and various battery charges. Brandon was born and raised in Boone County, IN and attended Zionsville High School. He now lives in Indianapolis.
