Aaron concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense and civil litigation. He handles matters ranging from White Collar offenses to DUI/OWI defense and everything in between. Ever since Aaron was in high school he knew he wanted to become an attorney. His parents would tell him, “You can argue with the best of them.” This is when Aaron combined his desire to help people, and passion for debate, in becoming an attorney–and has never looked back.
Prior to starting at Banks & Brower, Aaron worked as a Deputy Prosecutor for the Hendricks County Prosecutor’s Office. He was an integral part of the Hendricks County Drug Court program and prosecuted matters ranging from major felonies to misdemeanors. His trial experience includes offenses such as rape, battery against a child resulting in injury, child molestation and DUI/OWI.
As he has a strong religious background, Aaron enjoys Banks and Brower as he moves his career from “convicting” to “redeeming” through helping clients obtain justice through exoneration or rehabilitation–this is his goal.
Aaron attended Regent University School Law where he received his law degree and Indiana University for undergrad where he majored in Legal Studies.
When not practicing law, Aaron enjoys the outdoors, scuba diving, golfing, running and being involved in his church. He resides in Carmel, Indiana where he was born and raised.
