Kathryn Hudson


Kathryn went to Indiana University for her undergraduate studies. She majored in English with a minor in Communication and Culture. In her free time, she volunteered at domestic violence shelters by answering crisis calls. She then went to Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and graduated in 2017. While in law school, Kathryn interned with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in the Special Victims Unit and Major Felony Division. Kathryn then spent 3 years working for the Marion County Public Defender Agency.  While working as a public defender, Kathryn represented hundreds of clients and completed dozens of trials.

At Banks & Brower, Kathryn represents clients in both criminal cases and family law cases.

Kathryn was born in Kansas, but grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana. She currently lives in Indianapolis with her fiancé Adam and their cat, Han.
