I always knew I wanted to be a lawyer. I currently concentrate my practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, paternity, custody, adoption, guardianship, Child in Need of Services (CHINS) actions and Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) actions. Prior to joining Banks & Brower, I was an attorney for the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) where I served as a local office attorney before becoming Chief Counsel of Region 12 in 2018. Prior to joining DCS, I was a Barrister and Solicitor in Alberta, Canada, where I practiced family law and civil litigation.
I have always had a passion for helping others. My goal is to assist my clients to resolve their legal issues as seamlessly as possible. I want to help families through the family law process, and help them remain objective through a very emotional, and often exhausting process. I am sympathetic to how the family law process and issues that arise can impact and take its toll on a family, and children.
I am the father of two rambunctious little girls. In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports, spending time with family, watching movies, traveling, and volunteering in the community. I was born and raised in Indianapolis, and currently reside in Fishers with my wife and daughters.
