Banks & Brower open for business on northwest side of Indianapolis
Indianapolis, IN (January 7, 2013) Local attorneys Brad Banks, J.D. and Adam Brower, J.D. have recently opened their legal practice, Banks & Brower, in northwest Indianapolis. Banks & Brower practice areas include: criminal, DUI, family law, business law, construction law, and education/school law.
Mr. Banks graduated from the law school at Valparaiso University and earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University.
Mr. Banks has significant experience in the Criminal/DUI legal area. He has served as a major felony prosecutor in Hamilton County as well as a major felony prosecutor in Marion County, Indiana. Throughout his legal career he has tried numerous cases including murder, DUI, burglaries, robberies, rape, aggravated batteries and financial crimes.
Prior to serving as a Deputy prosecutor, Mr. Banks worked for a prestigious civil law firm in Valparaiso, Indiana. It was during this time where Brad learned how to effectively, compassionately, and aggressively represent individuals in family law. Brad has handled divorce trials, child custody matters, child support, and property settlements. Brad has a reputation for representing his clients in a manner that is attentive to their needs and goals while assuring their rights are protected.
Mr. Brower is a graduate of the Indiana School of Law in Indianapolis and received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University.
Mr. Brower is an experienced litigator having worked as a deputy prosecutor in Marion County, Indiana. He has tried over 150 criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to complex felonies.
Before joining the prosecutor’s office, Adam was Corporate Counsel for a large, multi-million dollar construction management firm, Envoy, Inc. As corporate counsel, he personally drafted and reviewed all different types of corporate and construction documents. He was personally involved in creating/drafting an entire new set of corporate documents, including buy-sell agreements, bylaws, and shareholders agreements. He also has facilitated litigation on various construction accident claims as well.
