Kyle was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. As the son of a trial lawyer, his interest in trial work began at an early age, when he would go to watch his father in trials. After graduating from Indiana University, he followed up by obtaining his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
He has served our community as a deputy prosecutor in the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office where he obtained great experience, trying major felony cases, including murder, robbery, fraud, aggravated battery, and burglary. After that, Kyle has focused his practice exclusively on personal injury law working for personal injury firms, where he gained civil trial experience and learned the value of fighting insurance companies to maximize the value of his client’s cases. That eventually brought him to Banks & Brower, where he is an instrumental and compassionate member of our team.
“To attorney Kyle and his staff I am very very pleased and happy of the assistance that I have received from your firm I receive great service just when I needed it. Thanks to everyone who took out time to acknowledge the passing of my dear husband and mother also for all the sympathetic and kind generosity for support during the time of my hospital stay to find out that I had a hole in my heart. Please know that my sorrows have been lessened. You and your staff calls prayers, love and acts of services, shall always remain in my heart. Thank-you again.”
