Kyle was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana.  As the son of a trial lawyer, his interest in trial work began at an early age, when he would go to watch his father in trials.  After graduating from Indiana University, he followed up by obtaining his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.

He has served our community as a deputy prosecutor in the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office where he obtained great experience, trying major felony cases, including murder, robbery, fraud, aggravated battery, and burglary.  After that, Kyle has focused his practice exclusively on personal injury law working for personal injury firms, where he gained civil trial experience and learned the value of fighting insurance companies to maximize the value of his client’s cases.  That eventually brought him to Banks & Brower, where he is an instrumental and compassionate member of our team.

Kyle has handled cases state-wide, and has been admitted to practice law by the Indiana Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts for both the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.

Kyle enjoys playing and watching sports, particularly Indiana University basketball.  Kyle and his wife, Martha, live in Westfield with their two children.
