Dallin has been practicing immigration law for 15 years. He handles all types of immigration matters for individuals, families, churches, and other clients. He has worked on family petitions, affirmative and defensive Asylum cases, applications for Cancellation of Removal, Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, U Visa and VAWA petitions, DACA, Adjustment of Status, Work Permits, TPS, Military Parole-in-Place, Consular Applications, Waivers, and other immigration matters. He has appeared before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He is fluent in Spanish.
Dallin has presented on immigration issues at state and national conferences, published articles on a variety of immigration topics, been interviewed on television and radio regarding immigration updates, and been a featured speaker on multiple occasions. He is the past chair of the Latino Affairs Committee of the Indiana Bar Association and currently serves as the Secretary to the Indiana Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer, and he has been a member of AILA for 15 years. He is also a member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
Dallin graduated cum laude from the Maurer School of Law in Bloomington in 2010 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT in 2006. Before practicing law, Dallin worked as a Communications Specialist and a speechwriter in Washington, D.C. He also served as a full-time, volunteer, missionary for his church in Costa Rica from 2000-2002. Dallin grew up on a farm in south central Indiana, and he now lives in Indianapolis with his wife and their six children.
