Brendan Berry

Brendan is a Robert H. McKinney School of Law graduate, as well as an alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington.
While attending McKinney School of Law Brendan participated in and later helped teach the Outreach Clinic, helping former federal inmates reintegrate into normal life. He also was a member of the Black Law Student Association.

Brendan is a former Marion county prosecutor. During his time as a prosecutor Brendan began handling juveniles cases before working his way up to misdemeanor and then major felony cases. As a major felony prosecutor Brendan specializes in crimes of domestic violence. As a prosecutor, Brendan helped build and took to trial a variety of cases including OVWI, domestic battery, armed robbery, and more.

Brendan’s experience in the Outreach Clinic, as a prosecutor, and now a defense attorney provides him with the unique perspective of viewing the criminal justice system from all angles.

In his free time Brendan enjoys visiting a local bookstore to find his next read, listening to a podcast, going to the gym, and spending time with his cats, Smokey and Bandit.
