Jason Marshall

Attorney
Jason Marshall

Jason Marshall is a criminal defense attorney who brings a wealth of courtroom experience and a strong sense of duty to every case he handles. Before returning home to Indiana, Jason served on active duty as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army, where he specialized in Special Victims litigation. His work took him across the country and around the world, handling cases involving serious felony offenses, including sexual assault, domestic violence, and crimes against children.

The Army taught Jason how to practice law in high-stakes, fast-paced environments where precision and judgment matter. Those years instilled in him the values of service, loyalty, and honor—principles that continue to guide his work as a defense attorney. He understands the stress and uncertainty of facing criminal charges, and he approaches every client with empathy, candor, and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.

Jason earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Indianapolis and his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In addition to his civilian practice, he continues to serve as a Trial Defense Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Outside the courtroom, Jason and his wife enjoy raising their child on their family farm and spending time outdoors. His approach to life and law is the same—steady, grounded, and focused on protecting what matters most.
